Manager – Marketing & Market Development (Analyst)
The incumbent will report to the Director of Marketing & Market Development and is responsible for assisting him in developing appropriate strategies for market expansions, promoting Malaysian Palm Oil and establishing comprehensive analytical reports on market opportunities. In addition, he / she is required to identify and solve trade related issues as well as update the market information data base. He / she also should be able to forecast global market trends / prices / production by using economic models.
· A postgraduate degree in Economics / Statistics / Actuarial Sciences or its equivalent with at least 7 – 8 years working experience in a related field
· Possess excellent interpersonal communication and analytical/research skills
· Self motivated, strong communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Competent in the use of spreadsheets and comfortable in making presentations
· Strong leadership qualities, with high level of dedication and initiative and is able to work under pressure
· Strategic thinking and market analysis skills, commercial awareness and an inquisitive mind

Senior Research Fellow – specializing in Communications
The successful candidate must have a degree or post graduate qualification and have a distinguished background in science or environmental journalism or a related field and be a forceful writer. Excellent writing skills (preferably in English) with the ability to explain complex subjects to a non-technical audience and editing experience will be necessary. The successful candidate must be able to deliver quality text for internal and external stakeholders and be able to execute effective communications programmes. This is a senior contract post, and successful candidate are likely to have many years of experience and able to demonstrate evidence of past productivity.
We offer an attractive remuneration package inclusive of basic salary up to RM9,000 that commensurates with qualification and experience. Candidates currently earning less than RM5,000 per month may not fulfill our current requirements.
