NAFI 2014 – Malaysian Palm Oil Session at International Food Congress 2014 Presentation Download

Malaysian Palm Oil Council (MPOC) organized a Malaysian Palm Oil Session at the International Food Congress : Novel Approaches in Food Industry (NAFI 2014) held in Kusadasi, Turkey on 27th May 2014. The main objective of our participation is to create awareness on palm oil among food scientist and technologist in Turkey particularly in the academia. Five palm oil related papers were presented at this session covering the areas of trans free formulation, food innovations, palm olein blending, sustainability practices and palm oil opportunities in Turkey.
