Palm Oil Cuisine with Chef Adu at SIAL 2014 – Apple and Cardamon Fritters

Cooking demonstration by Chef Adu at SIAL 2014 (Salon International de l’Alimentation), one of the world’s largest food exhibition in Paris, held from 19 to 23 October 2014.Eight cooking demonstration sessions were organised and sponsored by MPOC throughout the exhibition, with a total 20 dishes cooked using 8 recipes. The French inspired recipes were developed by Chef Adu to cater to the international audience, especially the local French.
